Exhibition works and remuneration: 

A total of 120 exhibition works, including 110 photographic works and 10 multimedia video works, each with a remuneration of 800 yuan. The works in the exhibition will have the opportunity to get the treatment of being displayed and promoted in the new media of mass photography.

For all entries, the China Photographers Association will issue a selection certificate and accumulate application points in accordance with relevant regulations.

Individual income tax is withheld and paid by the issuing unit from the remuneration.

In the submission area of the public photography network, the submitted works are in JPG format, the file size of each work is not more than 500K, and the long side requires 600-1000 pixels. Contributors are required to fill in the author's real name, correspondence address, email address, telephone number, and ID number when registering. After successful registration, when posting in the submission area, you only need to indicate the title of the work, the shooting time, location, and the name of the animal or plant. As well as the text description, any person who affects the contact due to the incompleteness of the submitted personal information is deemed to have automatically waived his eligibility.

2.The duration of each work of the multimedia video works should not exceed 10 minutes (including the opening and closing credits); the encoding format is MPEG4, Mp4 or H264; the frame size of the work is not less than the full HD resolution level (1920*1080), and super clear is encouraged (4K) Works to participate. Work requirements

1.Photographers and photography enthusiasts from all provinces, cities and autonomous regions (including Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macau Special Administrative Region, Taiwan Region) and other countries in the world can submit articles.

2.The work is not limited to the shooting time. The photos can be in color or black and white. The subject matter must meet the content of the collection. The genre is not limited. Both single and group photos can be used. Each group photo is calculated according to one work.

3.The organizer will uniformly retrieve large-size digital files of the works (the highest JPG compressed file is recommended to be not less than 5MB, and must contain complete exif data; please scan the bottom of the film), please submit the contributor on time after receiving the notice Provided, those who fail to provide it within the time limit shall be deemed to be automatically waived.

4.This exhibition implements the system of publicity of works. Works to be entered will be publicized on the public photography website for 7 days, and will be subject to social supervision during this period. After the publicity period expires, the list of exhibitors will be announced.

5.The sponsor and organizer have the right to use the selected works by means of copying, distribution, exhibition, screening, information network dissemination, compilation, etc. during the duration of the copyright, and can no longer pay remuneration.

6.Contributors should ensure that they are the authors of the works submitted, and have independent, complete, clear and uncontested copyrights for the whole and part of the works; contributors should also ensure that the works they submit do not infringe on the works. The legal rights and interests of the three persons including copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc.

7.For works and behaviors that are enough to hinder public order and good customs, the qualification for exhibition will be cancelled as soon as they are discovered. "Works and behaviors that impede public order and good customs" include but are not limited to all situations that may seriously mislead the public, have a fraudulent nature, and violate all laws, morals, public order, or good customs.

8.Those who do not meet the requirements for the notice of submission of this manuscript cannot participate in the election; those who have already entered the exhibition will be disqualified; the organizer has the right to recover the remuneration and honor certificate of the work, and can be notified on the media.

9.There is no participation fee and no refund for this exhibition.

10.The right to explain the notice of this call for papers belongs to the organizer. Anyone who submits a manuscript is deemed to have agreed to all the requirements for the notice.
